The West Leeds Scout Shop is open:
Friday evenings 5.30pm – 7.00pm
Saturdays 10.00am – 3:30pm
We are open most weekends but close for the Easter, Summer and Christmas holidays (usually in line with the local school dates) and for other bank holiday weekends as well.

We always keep a good stock of:

Neckers for West Leeds groups

Yorkshire Challenge
News of the Yorkshire Challenge has been spreading around the country. This badge is run by Central Yorkshire county, but open to Scouts across the country.
We stock Yorkshire Challenge badges and can post these to ‘far off’ lands. The furthest so far has been Devon. Get in touch on scout.shop@westleedsscouts.com for more information.

The 3 Birthday badges for 2026 – Squirrels 5 years, Beavers 40 years and Cubs 110 years – are still available to order and can be worn on uniforms throughout 2026. There are also celebratory woggles, neckers, hoodies etc available. Please email or visit the shop to place your order.
Another set of badges which are available through the shop (again) are for Young Leaders: the Mission, Module A and Recognition badges are all available. Previously they could only be purchased by the young leader or a leader of young leaders with some proof that it had been earned. The wholesaler seems to have had second thoughts and the badges can now be purchased without any proof of them being earned, once again.
With the approach of several bank holidays and the end of our financial year, please note that we are closed on the weekends of
- 3rd-4th April – bank holiday
- 10th-11th April – stock taking
- 1st-2nd May – bank holiday
- 22nd-23rd May – bank holiday
- 10th-11th July – Challenge 26
Our final opening weekend of the summer term will be 17th-18th July.Finally, just a reminder that you can still email orders to the Scout Shop so that they can be prepared and you only need to come in to collect and pay for your order.
