This means: All activities can resume for members who live in England. Residential activities and international travel may take place.  

Group sizes and limitations: 

All non-residential activities (including young people, Scout Network and adult only groups): No limit on group size, although all activities must be able to safely manage the risk of transmission of COVID and, if this is not possible, they must not take place. We are pleased to announce that the West Leeds District Scout Shop will be opening to all customers again from Friday 18th June.

OUR NEXT WORLD JAMBOREE: 2023 IN SOUTH KOREA

The World Scout Jamboree is a World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) event, attended by tens of thousands of Scouts from around the world aged 14 to 17. It happens every 4 years, each time hosted by a different country.

The next World Scout Jamboree takes place in South Korea in Summer 2023, and UK scouts who will be aged 14-17 years old may be able to attend as part of the UK Contingent.

Planning a safe return to face to face Scouts

Given the Government’s guidance, all face-to-face Scout meetings, activities and events are suspended. This suspension applies to young people and adults, and will be until further notice. We will continue to follow official guidance. The safety of everyone involved in Scouts, both young people and adults, is our number one priority. That is always at the heart of our decision making.
